IAFA, Arta Finance team up to unlock exclusive wealth opportunities
Clients gain access to private markets, structure products normally reserved for UHNW investors
The Asset   22 May 2025

Income Advisory Financial Advisers ( IAFA ), a financial advisory firm wholly owned by Income Insurance Limited, and digital wealth management platform Arta Finance have formed a strategic partnership to bring sophisticated investment opportunities and advanced financial tools to accredited investors in Singapore.

The partnership offers IAFA clients exclusive access to private markets, structured products, and other investment opportunities that are typically reserved for ultra-high-net-worth ( UHNW ) individuals.

Additionally, IAFA will leverage Arta’s strong expertise in providing training for advisers and hosting financial education events for clients.

The collaboration will also enable IAFA advisers to use Arta’s cutting-edge artificial intelligence ( AI ) tools designed to support data-driven, personalized investment strategies, thereby enhancing the quality of advice and service they deliver to clients.

"This partnership with Arta gives our accredited investors access to financial instruments that are typically out of reach for them, except for the wealthiest. It’s also a powerful step forward in enabling our advisers with cutting-edge AI tools to tailor portfolios with greater precision and foresight," says IAFA chief executive officer Grace Yong.

Amanda Ong, Arta’s country head in Singapore, adds: “Most digital investment platforms in the market today are still very retail-focused, which limits the range and depth they can provide in areas such as private markets. Our platform is purpose-built to serve the needs of accredited investors and opens up a much wider universe of investment opportunities.

"With this collaboration, IAFA can now go even further in meeting the demands of their formidable client base. That’s exactly what Arta’s B2B model is built to do – help retail financial institutions to rapidly elevate their offering for higher net worth segments with more complex demands.”

IAFA will launch the exclusive offerings to its accredited clients this quarter.
