Hamilton Lane, a Nasdaq-listed private markets investment company, has expanded its partnership with fintech firm and wealth management platform iCapital.

Several of Hamilton Lane’s global evergreen strategies – spanning private equity, secondaries, infrastructure and venture capital – will be made available to wealth managers around the world via iCapital Marketplace.

This allows wealth managers, including private banks, independent financial advisers and family offices, to be connected with private market opportunities through a single access point.

The platform combines a fully digitized investment lifecycle, with tools supporting portfolio construction and analytics. It also provides access to due diligence and research reports, as well as comprehensive educational resources, to support informed investment decisions and enhance client and adviser experience.

The expanded collaboration builds on the firms’ existing partnership in the United States, where Hamilton Lane’s strategies are available to iCapital investors.

It advances Hamilton Lane’s global wealth strategy, broadening reach and streamlining access to many of the firm’s evergreen structures.

By combining the strength of Hamilton Lane’s evergreen offerings with iCapital’s global distribution network and digital technology platform, the collaboration aims to further expand access to private market opportunities for wealth managers and their clients worldwide.
